Title: Administrative Assistant - Jonesboro

Position Qualifications: This position is responsible for the overall operations of the administrative office to ensure a well-organized and efficient office atmosphere. The position provides a high level of support and assistance to administrative staff members, including the Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Must have a high school diploma and some college is preferred with at least three (3) years of secretarial/office experience.  Must also possess excellent typing skills, excellent spelling and grammar skills, strong organizational abilities, knowledge of office software, ability to retain confidentiality and ability to perform several tasks simultaneously; be a self-starter with high degree of trustworthiness and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.  Ongoing training through Relias Learning. Preference will be given to applicants with verifable experience in a law firm.   Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
