Mid South Health System is seeking a Customer Service Representative.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  One to two years of experience in a related field is required.  The position will be scheduling appointments on behalf of physicians and nursing staff members, running reports internet sites as well as Microsoft Excel, and providing information directly to current and potential clients of Mid South Health Systems service delivery system, the scheduler will provide an interactive ,welcoming response to all inquires for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgemental way.

Responsibilities include accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records, accurate maintenance of fee agreements, updating eligibility, and ensuring that needed pre-certificationa and authorizations are in place.
Work Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm No phone calls please.
